FuseDemand Channel Diagnostics Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases of FuseDemand’s Channel Diagnostics, offered by FuseDemand, a DBA of JLJ Consulting Group, LLC (“FuseDemand,” “we,” or “us”).

By purchasing FuseDemand’s Channel Diagnostics, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms and FuseDemand’s general website policies.

1 Eligibility

FuseDemand’s Channel Diagnostics is designed for established B2B companies with active marketing investment and infrastructure.

Eligible companies typically:

  • Spend $25 000 or more per month on paid media (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, other SEM or SEO channels);
  • Employ or contract dedicated marketing resources; and
  • Maintain an internal sales pipeline where lead quality and conversion are tracked.

Not eligible:

  • B2C or transactional e-commerce businesses; companies without a CRM or lead-management process; one-page sites; or organizations unable to act on findings.

FuseDemand may verify eligibility.If eligibility is not met, the money-back guarantee in Section 4 is void.

2 Nature of Service

FuseDemand’s Channel Diagnostics delivers a 18-point audit of a company’s digital marketing performance to identify friction points where buyers leave the funnel.

Inputs for analysis are captured via our AI-powered FuseDemand’s Marketing Forensics™ platform. The inputs are public and include a company’s website, paid ads on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), and corporate-owned social pages.

3 Purchase and Payment

Payment in full is due at checkout via Stripe’s secure payment platform.FuseDemand does not capture or store credit-card information; all data is processed by Stripe under its PCI-compliant security standards.

The standard fee for Channel Diagnostics is $500 USD.  Optional add-ons include rush delivery ($200) and a 30-minute executive debrief ($150); all items appear on a single invoice. – Pricing as of  Nov 9, 2025

FuseDemand may update pricing at any time; the amount displayed at checkout is binding.

4 Delivery and Guarantee

4.1 Overview
Each Channel Diagnostics audit is backed by FuseDemand’s Money-Back Guarantee. The guarantee applies only to eligible B2B organizations as defined in Section 1 (Eligibility).

4.2 Purpose of the Guarantee  FuseDemand guarantees that every audit will identify at least ten thousand U.S. dollars ( $10 000 ) in repairable friction losses.  If the report does not meet this threshold, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the audit fee.

4.3 Calculation of Revenue Loss

Benchmarks from FuseDemand research indicate that typical revenue leaks range from $34 000 to $4.5 million annually across B2B companies with active digital marketing programs.  Accordingly, the $10 000 threshold is presumed to be met unless demonstrated otherwise by the Customer.

If an eligible Customer disputes the audit findings under the Money-Back Guarantee, FuseDemand may request limited business inputs, such as average contract value (ACV), annual revenue, or monthly site traffic, to perform a customized validation of the results.

These inputs are used solely to verify whether the $10 000 threshold was met and are not required for standard audit delivery.

4.4 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under this guarantee, the Customer must email refunds@fusedemand.com within ten (10) business days of receiving the completed audit. The request must include:

  • Company name
  • Purchase date
  • Email address used at checkout

FuseDemand will verify eligibility and issue any approved refund promptly to the original payment method through Stripe.

4.5 Exclusions
The guarantee is void if:

  • The purchasing organization does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 1;
  • The Customer requests refund after the 10-business-day window; or
  • The Customer materially misrepresents provided inputs (ACV or traffic).

5 Feedback

FuseDemand may contact Customers for voluntary feedback to improve future versions of the service.

6 Confidentiality and Data Use

FuseDemand does not access Customer analytics or CRM systems. All analysis is based on public data. Personal or billing information collected for transactions is managed per our Privacy Policy

7 Testimonial and Marketing Rights

If a Customer voluntarily provides written or verbal feedback or logos, FuseDemand may use them for marketing with Customer approval prior to publication.

8 Intellectual Property

Channel Diagnostics is powered by FuseDemand’s Marketing Forensics™. All methodologies, models, and materials remain the exclusive property of FuseDemand.No license or permission is granted to copy or reverse-engineer any FuseDemand materials.

9 Limitation of Liability

FuseDemand’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.  FuseDemand is not liable for loss of business profits, data errors from third-party sources, or delays beyond its control. By purchasing, Customer accepts the data-handling and security practices in our Privacy Policy

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida; disputes will be resolved in Pinellas County, FL.

Channel Diagnostics – Beta Participation Addendum

These Beta Participation Terms (“Addendum”) supplement the FuseDemand Channel Diagnostics Terms & Conditions. They apply only to purchases made during the Channel Diagnostics Beta Program. All provisions of the Core Terms remain in effect unless specifically modified below.

1. Nature of Program

Channel Diagnostics Beta is an early-access release offered for evaluation purposes. The Beta may differ from the final version and is provided “as is” for limited use. FuseDemand may modify, suspend, or discontinue Beta access at any time without notice.

2. Feedback Agreement

Participants agree to be contacted by FuseDemand to provide feedback on the Beta service, results, and experience. Feedback may be used to improve future versions of Channel Diagnostics or other FuseDemand offerings. FuseDemand may use aggregated or anonymized insights derived from participant feedback in research or marketing materials.

3. Use of Name, Logo, or Testimonial

By participating in the Beta, Customer grants FuseDemand permission to reference their company name, logo, title, and testimonial statements in case studies, research materials, or marketing content. FuseDemand will provide notice prior to public use and handle materials professionally.

4. No Additional Fees or Separate Billing

Beta participation is billed as part of the same Channel Diagnostics purchase. No additional subscription, contract, or payment is required. FuseDemand does not capture or store credit card or billing information; all payments are securely processed through Stripe.

5. Program Duration and Opt-Out

Participation in the Beta is voluntary. Customers may withdraw at any time by emailing insights@fusedemand.com. Withdrawal does not affect eligibility for the standard refund terms or guarantee defined in the FuseDemand Channel Diagnostics Terms & Conditions.

6. Carryover and Future Access

Upon commercial release, Beta participants may be offered early or discounted access to the final version of Channel Diagnostics but are under no obligation to purchase it.

Incorporation by Reference

All other provisions—including eligibility, pricing, payment, delivery, guarantee, refund process, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, governing law, and contact—are governed by the FuseDemand Channel Diagnostics Terms & Conditions.
