FuseDemand (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a business-to-business marketing agency and analytics company operated by JLJ Consulting Group, LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit fusedemand.com, interact with our marketing, or purchase our services, including Channel Diagnostics and related audits powered by FuseDemand’s Marketing Forensics™.

a. Information You Provide
- Contact and company details submitted through forms, chat, or email (name, email, company name, role, phone).
- Payment and billing details when purchasing a service (processed securely by Stripe).
- Feedback, testimonials, or survey responses you voluntarily provide.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, device type, browser, and usage statistics through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, RankMath).
- Page views, referral sources, and session duration used to improve site performance.
c. Information From Third Parties
- Limited insights from advertising and social media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) when users engage with our campaigns.
- Payment verification and fraud prevention data from Stripe.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Deliver purchased audits and services.

FuseDemand uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website.

5. Email Communications
FuseDemand sends two types of emails:
a. Service Emails — Messages required to deliver purchased services, such as payment confirmations, report notifications, or customer support updates. These are transactional communications and do not include unsubscribe links because they are necessary for fulfillment and account management.
b. Marketing Emails — Occasional updates about new diagnostics, research studies, beta opportunities, or related marketing solutions offered by FuseDemand. Marketing emails are sent only to contacts who have opted in through a FuseDemand form or expressed interest in receiving updates.
Recipients of marketing emails can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link included at the bottom of each message or by emailing privacy@fusedemand.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

7. Data Sharing
We only share information with trusted service providers that is essential to business operations:
- Stripe (payments)
- MailerLite (email automation)
- Google, Meta, LinkedIn (advertising and analytics)
- We do not sell or share information with third parties for profit

We implement encryption, firewalls, and limited-access storage for all collected data. While no system is completely secure, FuseDemand follows industry-standard safeguards and requires the same from our partners.
9. Your Rights
If you are a U.S. resident, you may request to:
- Access the personal data we have about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your data.

We will respond within 30 days.
10. Children’s Privacy
FuseDemand does not knowingly collect or store data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe we have done so, contact privacy@fusedemand.com and we will remove the data.
