In 2003, at American Express Australia, I spearheaded paid search marketing implementation. While direct mail dominated, I demonstrated paid search’s effectiveness in customer acquisition. A key discovery revealed that direct mail significantly influenced paid search results, leading to integrated marketing campaigns that later influenced Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
My expertise expanded across search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and affiliate marketing. By 2007, I was pioneering content marketing strategies that became fundamental to B2B marketing.
At American Express, we focused on creating demand among small business owners through innovative marketing and deep audience understanding. My subsequent roles at ADP and Amex Global Business Travel enhanced my expertise in lead generation and end-to-end demand generation.
